Fourthline welcomes Jennifer Gardner as Chief People Officer

Amsterdam/Barcelona, August 3, 2022 - As of August 1, Jennifer Gardner (44) bolsters the Dutch fintech Fourthline as Chief People Officer. In addition, she becomes part of the Management Team of Fourthline. Jennifer leads the People team and is responsible for further growth and development of the team of the successful KYC expert. Originally from Scotland, the new CPO of Fourthline, brings over 25 years of experience in the HR field.

Jennifer Gardner started her career at DHL and has worked for established (tech) companies such as Amazon as well as various start-ups and scale-ups. At her previous job with Deliverect, Jennifer contributed to the tremendous growth of the company which has now reached the Unicorn status. With her energy and charisma, this Scotswoman will focus on building and shaping the company culture and improving the employee experience. Along with her team, she will devise a strategy to attract and retain talent, with a key focus on diversity and inclusivity.

Jennifer Gardner's arrival comes at a tipping point for Fourthline. After the record growth in 2021, the KYC expert welcomed new, big names, like neobank Brand New Day, that specifically chose for Fourthline to strengthen their roles as disruptors in the Netherlands. To accommodate the fast-growing team, Fourthline recently moved into a new office in de center of Amsterdam.
